The company under a strong management and an excellent team, provides services to a wide range of industry sector such as Power Plants, Cement & Mining Industry, Steel Plants, Ports, Pulp & paper Industry, Fertilizer Industry, Oil & Gas, Petro Chemicals, Steel Making and more. Our impressive portfolio of work is testimony to our commitment to superior quality standards. BMD is highly versatile, to produce a huge array of products in all dimensions, with production ranging from one-off, custom-made items, to batch production. We are highly-committed to providing customer satisfaction and maintain excellent relationships and formal and informal partnership agreements with several large international companies. Our highly-skilled team of craftsmen and engineers have the knowledge, experience, and expertise to carry out a vast range of specialist fabrications with complex designs and wide range of metallurgies.
In 2012, the second generation of the family members joined the Business as partner. Bringing in discipline, systems and procedures the company edged forward towards implementing new business strategies. With new energy in the company, there has been a continuous inflow of new ideas and brainstorming sessions with only one objective. “To get a smile on the clients Face”. The next generation revitalised the company’s strength and got in more enthusiasm in BMD team to scale to higher heights. Since then, the company is on a continual development path and has broadened its horizons by focusing on taking its products and services to the Domestic & global market. We have started another firm with the involvement of some highly professional people in the name of “BMD Engineering Solutions” based at Chakan in October, 2023.
Mr. MANOJ KUMAR PADHY
Sales & Marketing – Head
Manoj Kumar Padhy is very passionate about sales and is well connected with customers with positive attitude. He enjoys to accept challenges and gives solution according to the situation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IME), Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Magnus School of Business, Bhubaneswar.He has resigned from Martin Engineering Company India Pvt. Ltd. in August, 2023 as a National Sales Head position and joined in BMD Engineering Solutions. He has worked almost 12 years (approx.) in Martin Engineering Company India Pvt. Ltd., Pune. Prior to this he has worked as Asst. Manager-Project Sales with Spraying System (India) Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore from 2007 to 2012 and worked as a Project Engineer in Fire Link W. L.L, Qatar in 2006.
Out of his 23 years of experience, he has spent 4 years in erection and commissioning activity of Fire Fighting, Fire Alaram, Public Address System, CCTV system, Dust Suppression System etc. Rest of years (almost 19 years), he has spent in industrial and Bulk Material Handling sales activity. He has presented many technical seminars for different types of Bulk material handling issues in Tata Steel Ltd.- Kalinga Nagar, Tata Steel Ltd.- Joda, JSPL- Barbil, JPL-Tamnar, JSW-Dolvi, BRPL-Jajpur, Vedanta-Jharsuguda, Hindalco-Lapanga, JSW BPSL-Jharsuguda, Utkal Alumina-Tikiri, Nalco-Damanjodi, JSW-Paradeep etc.

Operation, Planning & Finance – Head
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in MechanicalEngineering from Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Nashik. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation.
