In 2011, the second generation of the family members joined the Business as partner. Bringing in discipline, systems and procedures the company edged forward towards implementing new business strategies. With new energy in the company, there has been a continuous inflow of new ideas and brainstorming sessions with only one objective. “To get a smile on the clients Face”. The next generation revitalized the company’s strength and got in more enthusiasm in BMD team to scale to higher heights. Since then, the company is on a continual development path and has broadened its horizons by focusing on taking its products and services to the Domestic & global market. We have started another firm with the involvement of some highly professional people in the name of “BMD Engineering Solutions” based at Chakan in October 2023.

Mr. MANOJ KUMAR PADHY
Sales & Marketing – Head
Manoj Kumar Padhy is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience spanning mechanical engineering, project execution, and industrial sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from IME, Mumbai, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Magnus School of Business, Bhubaneswar.
Manoj has led sales and customer engagement with a positive, solution‑oriented approach, spending nearly 12 years as National Sales Head at Martin Engineering Company India Pvt. Ltd., Pune, before joining BMD Engineering Solutions in 2023. His earlier roles include project sales leadership at Spraying Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, and engineering assignments in Qatar.
Across his career, he has dedicated four years to erection and commissioning of fire safety and industrial systems, and nearly two decades to bulk material handling sales. He has delivered numerous technical seminars addressing industry challenges at leading organizations such as Tata Steel, JSPL, JSW, Vedanta, Hindalco, Nalco, BRPL, and Utkal Alumina.
Mr. RAVINDRA SURYAVANSHI
Operation & Supply Chain– Head
Ravindra Suryavanshi is a 16+ years experienced engineering professional and currently serves as Operations & Supply Chain Head at BMD Engineering Solutions. He brings strong expertise in operational management and metallurgical processes within the industrial manufacturing sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree from KITS, Ramtek, affiliated with Nagpur University, forming a solid technical foundation for his career. Ravindra has extensive experience in the foundry industry as well as Bulk Material Handling Industries, specializing in Conveyor Belt Cleaning and Dust Control Solutions.
He has delivered significant contributions at Jaiswal Neco, Rashmi Metallics, and Martin Engineering, driving innovation and operational excellence throughout the supply chain.

Mr. TIMMANNA GUDI
Business Promoter
BMD India is delighted to welcome Mr. Timmanna Gudi as our new Business Promoter. With three decades of expertise in business development and strategic management, he brings deep knowledge of the bulk material handling industry, particularly in conveyor solutions.
Currently leading TEK Solutions and Consultants as an entrepreneur, Mr. Gudi has worked with prestigious clients including NTPC, Aditya Birla Group, Dalmia Cement, Jindal Group, Heidelberg Cement, L&T Construction, Shree Cement, and Krishnapatnam Port. His career highlights include senior leadership roles at Martin Engineering Company India Pvt. Ltd., Spraying Systems India Pvt. Ltd., and Thejo Engineering Ltd., where he consistently drove growth and secured major contracts.
Renowned for his ability to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance market presence, Mr. Gudi’s proven track record will play a pivotal role in advancing BMD India’s vision and objectives.
Mr. K SATHISH KUMAR
Technical Consultant
Mr. K Sathish Kumar steps into the role of Technical Consultant at BMD India, bringing extensive expertise in belt conveyor systems. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Sathish Kumar has held key positions at leading organizations, including IGP Engineers Ltd, Clean Cat Conveyors Pvt Ltd, THEJO ENGINEERING LTD., MARTIN ENGINEERING CO. INDIA PVT. LTD., and FLEXCO.
Holding a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he is renowned for his advanced problem-solving abilities and innovative approach to conveyor challenges. His deep industry knowledge and strategic insights are poised to enhance our technical capabilities and deliver outstanding results.
